So we all had to rent cars to get up to Rainbow Beach by 1 p.m. on Monday for our safety briefing for the trip. Sadly, we had some car rental troubles.. but it all worked out.. Alysha, Larry, Francis and I drove in one car (I drove there.. hahaha) Kara, Robyn, Matt and Cheryl drove in another and the boys drove in the 3rd.

We got to Pippies Beachhouse after 1 p.m. and we started our briefing shortly after. What a waste of time.. seriously, they gave us instructions on how deep to dig a hole in the ground if you have to poop (50 cm in case you're wondering) so I started the party early!!! hahahaha
We booked through Tribal Travel and this was on the outside of our hostel.
Once we settled into our rooms, we went into town and got some last minute drinks and some lunch. Lysh, Larry and I split nachos.. which were unreal!!!
Monday nights are Pippies Beachhouse Backpacker Party nights at a hotel in Rainbow Beach. There's games, drink special and free bbq. We all went for a bit and had some food and drinks. It was really nice.
We got back to the hostel and proceeded to play flip cup for the rest of the evening. We didn't go too late though because we had to be up super early to pack the 4x4's and have another safety briefing. Good start to a wicked week! xo
