This was also when i wanted to book our original trip to the Outback, but looking at flight prices really made me think twice. It's a shame, we really wanted to go, but neither of us wanted to pay a few hundred dollars for just the flight. Now we had to find a Plan B.
Sunday I worked from 7 a.m. until Noon again. Yay money! Afterwards we went to a Gold Coast Titans game. It was such a good day. We took the bus to the stadium and it was an amazing place with an unreal atmosphere. Australians love their footy. I wore blue & gold (Titans colours) and we brought lollies and energy drinks into the stadium. We had sweet seats and sat by a Bogan. Refer to Australian Slang list if you're confused.
When you go to a Titans game, you get to take the bus home for free!!! After a few stops we were the only ones on the bus.. too funny! When we got home after the game .. When the Titans sadly lost, the Surfers Paradise Festival was wrapping up so their were fireworks on the beach. We ran up to my balcony and got some fantastic pictures. It was sOoOoo cool! Robert and I had a little photoshoot.. !!!
Then we felt like continuing our feista and had an amazing taco dinner!
